How long will it take for me to receive the items after the payment is made?
We will process and ship the items the same day if payment has been made and inform us thru email before 10am. Later than 10am, will have the items process and ship at the next working day.
Delivery time is usually 1-2 working days for metro manila and provinces after we ship out your order. (Delays will solely be on the courier part)
There maybe cases that some of the items will not be picked up by the courier because of overloading. We will be shipping it the next working day.
Shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer unless "Free Shipping" is stated.

You can Track your package around 24 hours after we update your order status, chances are that the details are not yet updated in the LBC website.
Advance deposit is the amount of money that you deposited to us in advance that can be use as the payment of your orders.
*If you have advance deposit in your account we can deduct the payment once you made order and ship your items your order as soon as possible.

Minor or Removable Stains on White Garments/Material Products are not allow for replacement.
We ensure that all items are in good condition and properly checked and packaged by our checkers before the shipment.
In case of Damage items, please send us an email with an attached picture of the item at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days after you received the items.
The Buyer should ship back to us the damaged item first then we will ship back the correct item.
For damage cases we will be replying Mondays to Saturdays only.
